These termly, half-day meetings provide high-quality professional development on key themes related to coordinating, implementing and assessing the National Curriculum for Science.

Newly qualified and early career teachers are supported through this focussed, tailored programme to help them to gain improved knowledge and confidence to teach the content of the primary science National Curriculum in their year group, enable children to work scientifically and engage with the wider science community within and beyond Greater Manchester.

Reviewing Primary Science – SEERIH ‘Deep Dives’
The one-day review process is designed to support senior leaders and science subject leaders to review the learning of Science from EYFS to Key Stage 2. SEERIH have conducted reviews across the North West for nearly 10 years, collaborating with teachers with key focus on improving pupils’ science attainment and achievement in English schools.
